Garden Salad with Sunflower Sprouts

Ingredients:

1 romaine lettuce head cut very fine

10 grape tomatoes cut in half

1 carrot shredded

½ red bell pepper cut in ½ julienne
½ cucumber slice very thin  

2 springs parsley chopped course

1 haas Avocado

1 sheet Nori

1 sprig dill chopped fine

 

 

Preparation:

 Wash all ingredients except nori sheet.  Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Fold and cut nori sheet in four with scissors, fold nori again in four and cut stock and cut in strips. Mix well with garden dressing and serve.
