Salsa Burito

Ingredients:

1 haas avocado (makes 8 slices and cut slices in chunks)

1 plum tomato (diced)

¼ diced red bell pepper

2 sprigs of parsley (chopped)

Juice of ½ a lime

Celtic sea salt

 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a bowl mix well and serve

On 3 inches long romaine lettuce heart
