Evolve into a Fresh Start for Valentine's Day

Are your New Year’s Solutions a thing of the past by now? If so, you may not be the only one. However you can always revisit your goals. Ask yourself theses questions: Were they too challenging? Unrealistic? Or did you not give yourself ample tools to reach your goal? It’s never too late to re-evaluate and make your goal a priority again.

For those of you who chose to make a change in your eating habits, I’d like to share a recipe with you this week. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and though it’s a holiday based around expressing love, it can be a temptation for those who are focusing on healthy living.  There are many delicious raw food deserts that are simple to make and healthier for the body than what you will find on the shelves this week.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

 Banana Square


·         3 cups of walnut

·         1 ½ cup raisins

·         1 or 2 ripe bananas depending on size

·         1 lime


Place walnut and raisins in food processor with S blade pulse and blend until in starts to stick together, mold it in a dish cut banana into ½ inch and place on top, using a small grated to sprinkle zest on it then cut lime in half squeeze ½ lime juice on it et VOILA!
